Complete this online form to report non-emergency anti-social, careless or reckless driving (a traffic offence) and not a collision or any parking-related offences.
The incident must be in the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire areas AND incorporate video evidence. Anti-social or careless driving is a style of driving that puts other road users in danger, such as:
- careless driving / riding
- contravening traffic lights
You will be asked to provide information in a statement form that must be agreed on the form. There may also be the likelihood that you will have to attended court to give evidence and you must agree to give evidence. We will support you through this process.

- Location(s) of the event(s)
- Descriptions of both the vehicle and driver or persons involved.
Upon completion of the form you will be emailed a copy of the form with a reference number for your records. We will investigate the information you provide and respond to you via your preferred method of contact should we need to investigate further. If the incident warrants further investigation and prosecution we will contact you to arrange the transfer of the video footage. Please be aware that not every incident reported to us will be investigated further and any submissions will need to meet a strict criteria in relation to a prosecution under the Road Traffic Act 1988. All reports are considered by a team of experienced experts in road traffic offences. If you are contacted to provide footage please note that you will need to provide footage showing 2 minutes before the incident and 2 minutes after the incident.
