Two arrested in connection with Bedford stabbing

Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Bedford in the early hours of yesterday (Monday).

The incident happened at around 3.20am when police were called to reports that a man had been stabbed after an attack at the rear of Foster Street.

A man in his 20s suffered two stab wounds to his leg and was treated in hospital. His injuries are not life threatening.

Two 19-year-old men have been arrested in connection with this incident, and have been released on police bail.
