Appeal after serious collision on the A6 at Pulloxhill

20 Jan 2021

We are appealing for witnesses after a collision between two vehicles left three people with serious injuries.

At around 9.12pm on Monday evening (18 January), a red Ford Fiesta and a blue Vauxhall Vectra were involved in the incident on the A6 at Pulloxhill. The road was temporarily closed whilst the emergency services attended the scene. All three people were taken to hospital where one person remains with life threatening injuries and two people with life changing injuries.

Sergeant Aaron Murphy from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Roads Policing Unit, said: “We are working to establish the circumstances of this collision, and would like to speak with witnesses who may have seen either of the cars at the time, or prior to the incident.

“If you have a dashcam and were in the area around this time, please check your devices as you may have captured something that could help our investigation.

“This collision will have a serious impact on the lives of everyone involved, so please get in touch if you think you might be able to help.”

Any witnesses can get in contact with police through the Bedfordshire Police online reporting centre. You can also submit dashcam footage directly via this link.

Alternatively you can call 101 and quote Operation Millett.
