Witness appeal following armed robbery in Barton-le-Clay

We are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery in a shop in Bedford Road, Barton-le-Clay.

On Saturday (4 November) between approximately 9.50pm and 10.10pm two men entered a business property. The offenders threatened one of the employees with a knife and stole an amount of cash and alcohol. 

One of the men is described as a white, approximately 35 years old, and slim. At the time of the offence he was seen wearing dark coloured top, a dark coloured scarf which was covering his face, blue jeans, dark trainers and a dark coloured beanie hat.

The second offender was described as a white, approximately 36 years old, and of average build. He is believed to have a rose tattoo on the back of his left hand and he was wearing a dark coloured hooded coat with the hood up, and a scarf which was covering his face.
