Did you witness Biggleswade collision?

We are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously injured in a road collision in Biggleswade yesterday evening (Wednesday).

At approximately 7.50pm, we were called to a report of a collision between a quad bike and two stationary vehicles in Banks Road, Biggleswade.

Emergency services attended the scene, and a man in his 20s with was transferred to Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, where he remains in a critical condition.

Sergeant William Hood, of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Roads Policing Unit, said: “We would appreciate assistance from anyone who may have witnessed the collision to get in touch.

“We’d also like to hear from you if you saw the quad bike before the incident.

“If any drivers have dashcam footage of the area at the time, that may hold vital information for our investigation.”
