Police appeal for witnesses following an aggravated burglary in Luton

Officers are appealing for witnesses following an aggravated burglary in Luton, where two victims were attacked.

In the early hours of this morning (Tuesday), three offenders have attended an address in Vincent Road  and attacked the occupants who were asleep. One man sustained injuries requiring hospital treatment. A second man, who escaped through an open window, received treatment for minor injuries.  

One man is described as white, wearing blue clothing with a face mask and gloves. A second man is described as white, wearing black clothing and a face mask.

Detective Constable Kimberley Anderson investigating said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have seen or heard anything in relation to this incident. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning, when people are usually at home.

“This incident has left both of the victims with injuries requiring hospital treatment and I am keen to track down the offenders.

“If you have any information, no matter how big or small, please call us on 101 quoting reference 34 of today’s date.”
