Bedfordshire Police may be able to provide the following evidence relating to domestic abuse:
- evidence of a police caution for a domestic abuse offence given to the other party for a crime against the applicant within the past two years; and
- on-going proceedings for a domestic abuse offence against the other party for a crime where the applicant is the victim
- a letter from a Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC)
