Tackling offenders

Op Fidelity 2017

The pursue element of Operation Fidelity is responsible for disrupting, arresting and prosecuting those who commit burglary in the county.

This work involves close monitoring of offenders on curfew tag schemes and prison leavers through the IOM, as well as employing overt and covert tactics to reduce opportunities for offending and increasing prosecutions.

Burglary will not be tolerated and anyone who commits this callous act should be aware that the Op Fidelity team are working hard, both behind the scenes and on the frontline, to stop offenders and bring them to justice.

Do you have information on burglary in your area?

If you have any information on offenders who live or offend in your area, please come forward to report it.

Intelligence is a vital tool for police and even the smallest piece of information could provide the missing piece in an investigation.

You can report information by calling 101,  or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Please also be aware that buying or accepting goods you believe to be stolen is also a punishable offence.

If you are offered suspicious property for sale, do not accept it and report details to police.
