These services are chargeable, as allowed for under Section 25 of the Police Act 1996 (as amended), Section 15 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 and the Local Authority (Goods and Services) Act 1970. We follow the National Policing Guidelines on Charging for Police Services, which provides guidance on cost recovery. Common items for which charges are made, are listed in the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Police Fees and Charges Handbook, updated regularly throughout the year. Charges are based upon recovering the cost of providing the services, in a cost neutral method.

- Copies of Accident Reports
- Copies of Photographs
- Copies of Crime Reports
- Alarm Registration fees
- Traffic Management Charges
Withdrawal of No Waiting Cone Deployment
The Chief Constable has withdrawn the deployment of No Waiting Cones facility as of 1st September 2015, due to reductions in available resources to undertake these request types. It is recommended that either the Local Unitary Authority or Commercial Hire Company is approached to undertake a similar deployment.
