Request joint licence expiry

You can apply to have your firearms licences or shotgun certificates expire on the same date, which is known as a 'coterminous' application.

Always allow enough time for a renewal or change to be processed before a license or certificate expires or becomes invalid.

Application types and costs

To apply for coterminous expiry dates of your licences and/or shotgun certificates you should download, completed and return Form 201. Payments should be made via cheque or postal order, made payable to:
