Community scrutiny panel

The community scrutiny panel holds Bedfordshire Police to account on stop and search issues and helps us refine our use of this important policing tactic.

The group, which meets bi-monthly, reviews complaints and champions best practice. Its members reflect and represent the diverse communities across Bedfordshire.

If you would like to become a member of the scrutiny panel, please express your interest by emailing community.cohesion@bedfordshire.pnn.police.uk

If you belong to an institution in Bedfordshire and would like to receive free training on Stop and Search please email: community.cohesion@bedfordshire.pnn.police.uk.

Training is delivered by the Chair of the Stop Search Panel Montell Neufville in partnership with the Bedfordshire Police Community Cohesion Team.
