Serious Road Traffic Collision A6 Silsoe

Bedfordshire Police is appealing for witnesses to come forward after a serious road traffic collision happened on the A6 at Silsoe on Wednesday (Feb 10).

The incident happened at 5.35pm when a car, a silver Audi TT and a cyclist were in collision.

The cyclist, a 41-year-old Clifton man, was taken to the Addenbrookes Hospital suffering from a serious head injury.

A full collision investigation is underway and the officer in charge of the investigation, PC Andy Carter is keen to speak with anyone who saw the collision or anyone who saw the car and cyclist prior to the collision as they were travelling on the A6 towards Bedford.
