Roadshow Is YOUR Chance To Have Say On Policing
WOULD you like a greater say on policing in Shefford or the surrounding villages?
The question comes from Safer Neighbourhood Officer, PC Steve Busby, who is organising a public consultation roadshow next week to help set policing priorities over the next three months.
PC Busby and fellow SNT officers will be out and about in the mobile police station over three days to seek residents’ views and offer help and advice with any other issues they have.
PC Busby said: “Our message to residents is ‘come along and share your thoughts. It’s a real opportunity for us to work together and help make our communities even better places to live and work’”.
The mobile police station will be at the following locations:
Wednesday, November 25
4pm to 5pm - Brittains Rise, Lower Stondon
6pm to 7pm – village hall car park, Shillington
Thursday, November 26
3pm to 4pm Trueman Place, Chicksands
4.30pm to 5.30pm – village hall car park, Meppershall
6pm to 7pm – Morrison’s car park, Shefford
Friday, November 27

6pm to 7pm – One Stop Shop car park, Clifton.
