Police Surgeries – A Prescription For Success!
DO you live in Houghton Regis? Is there something you think police should be aware of?
If your answer is YES – and you would like to meet one of your local officers at a convenient location – Houghton Regis Safer Neighbourhood Team has organised an event that could be for you.
Police Community Support Officer, Sophie Ager, will be on hand to answer any questions during one of the team’s popular “surgeries” between 10am and noon on Saturday (Nov 21) at Houghton Regis Library.
It’s an opportunity for residents to meet their local officer, raise any concerns they have and pick up some useful crime prevention tips and leaflets.
Tithe Farm and Houghton Hall West SNT Officer, PC Graham Arnold, said: “Our view is the more residents who come along the better, even if it is just to say ‘hello’ and put a face to the name of their local PCSO.”
