Chief Constable
Gillian Parker, QPM, BSC(Hons), MSt.(Cantab), FRSA took up her appointment as Chief Constable of Bedfordshire on 4th July 2005. She was awarded the Queen's Police Medal (QPM) for distinguished service in 2003.

Assistant Chief Constable (Territorial Policing)
Katherine Govier joined Bedfordshire Police as Assistant Chief Constable for Territorial Policing in May 2007.
Assistant Chief Constable (Protective Services)
John Fletcher BSc (Hons), joined Bedfordshire Police as Assistant Chief Constable for Protective Services on 23rd June 2008.
Director of Corporate Services
Vince Hislop joined Bedfordshire Police as Director of Human Resources in February 2005. On 1st April 2007 he was appointed Director of Corporate Services
Luton Divisional Commander
Mike joined Northamptonshire Police in 1993 and on 1st December he took over responsibility for the policing services provided to the community of Luton.
County Divisional Commander
Andy Street joined Bedfordshire Police in December 2005 and was posted to Dunstable as the Operations Superintendent.
Head of Protective Services
Andrew joined Bedfordshire Police in 1983 and spent the majority of his early service patrolling in Luton.
Head of Citizen Focus
In June 2008 Clare Simon was promoted to Divisional Commander for Citizen Focus, which is responsible for Criminal Justice, Contact Management, Community Safety, Crime Reduction, Crime Investigation Service Improvement, the Strategic Drugs Unit, and the Drug Intervention Programme.
Head of Professional Standards
Martin joined Bedfordshire Police in 1982 and has served at every Police Station in the county.
